REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees will be charged in US $ and GST is NOT included in these fees.

Registration inclusions:
FULL registration grants access to all lunches (Wednesday – Friday); breaks; opening reception; all sessions and access to online proceedings; (1) ticket to Conference Banquet. Author registration covers up to (3) papers. Workshops/Tutorials are not included with this registration category and may be purchased in addition to.
LIMITED registration grants access to all lunches (Wednesday – Friday); breaks; opening reception; all sessions and access to online proceedings. The Conference Banquet is available at an additional cost. Author registration covers up to (3) papers. STUDENT registration grants access to all lunches (Wednesday – Friday); breaks; opening reception; all sessions and access to online proceedings. The Conference Banquet is available at an additional cost. NOTE: If you are a student presenting a paper, as per IEEE ComSoc policy, you MUST register in either the “FULL” or the “LIMITED” category. ONE-DAY registration grants access to all sessions on the day you are registered for; exhibits; breaks; lunch on the day you selected. Workshops/Tutorials are not included with this registration category and may be purchased in addition to.
Workshops/Tutorial Registration Fee includes access to all workshops; tutorials and tutorial materials (slides, etc.) Lunch included only on Tuesday.
If you are a student and presenting a paper, we ask you to please register in the Author Full or Author Limited category. As per IEEE ComSoc Policy; to be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2023 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the Presenting Author rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees MUST be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one registration is valid for up to 3 conference papers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
Each paper must be presented via a live (in-person) presentation during the conference date. A paper not presented will be removed from the final conference proceedings before uploading to IEEE Xplore®. No refund will be made to the authors of these papers.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellation Date: 29 August 2023
All refund/cancellation requests must be provide in writing (regsupport@comsoc.org) and received by 29 August 2023. There will be an administrative fee of $100 deducted from each refund. After 29 August 2023, no refunds will be given for registration cancellations.
Additional Page Fee
Each additional page (over 6) of the final paper submission will incur an additional page fee of $100, this should be paid upon author registration.
