PIMRC 2023 conference will be held in person 5 – 8 Sept 2023, in Toronto, Canada.
Those authors which are with accepted paper but will not be allowed to travel abroad by strict national rules in force or Visa issues at the time of the conference will be given the opportunity to present their accepted work via pre-recorded video.
Notification to authors with VISA issues: Since PIMRC 2023 has been planned to be a face-to-face meeting, it is preferred to have your paper presented in person. However, if there are justified VISA problems and none of the co-authors can present the paper in person, please submit your request to the TPC Co-Chairs and prepare a 15-18 minute pre-recorded video for the paper presentation. The pre-recorded video shall be sent to Melissa Torres from ComSoc (m.a.torres@comsoc.org) for upload.
The 2023 Annual IEEE International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications (IEEE PIMRC 2023) will be held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, for the first time back to face-to-face format since 2019. The symposium has become one of the two major conferences of the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) in the field of wireless communications and networking. Originally founded in 1989 as a workshop in London and developed over the years to become a major international conference attracting the technical community from all regions and continents. PIMRC 2023 will mark the 34th edition of this symposium by world-class keynotes, high-quality technical sessions, industry panels, workshops and tutorials supported by all Organizing Committee members. 2023 is the year ITU-R targets to announce the Vision Recommendation for IMT 2030 and beyond, a new horizon that evolves from connected people and things to connected intelligence. IEEE PIMRC 2023 welcomes contributions reporting original research results in all areas of wireless technology as well as in applications, services, and business.
